The company was found in 2022 by its partner Director Abdur Rashid & M. A Razzak . It all started with trading commodity items followed by supply and servicing of construction, irrigation and on site power generation equipments for development projects. Within the next couple of decades, the company began its core operation by representing world class manufacturers and turned out it to be one of the leading names in Bangladesh for supplying Garment Products.

In the 1990's there was an industrial boom in Bangladesh which saw hundreds of garment, textile, ceramic, pharmaceuticals, steel manufacturing companies mushrooming throughout the country.
